Box superstructures are used for transporting all types of goods or refrigerated/frozen food products that are evenly distributed or palletized in the truck loading area. The design of box bodies blocks the climate impacts that are transported. Box body can be mounted on all types of commercial vehicles and trucks.
The under frame is assembled from aluminum or fully galvanized steel sections (depending on the axle load of the vehicle). From 12t class only fully galvanized frame construction is used. Aluminum profiles used are anodized or in any RAL color. The surface of steel floor frame profiles is treated by sandblasting, galvanizing and painting in RAL colors. The floor consists of 15 to 27 mm, non-slip and waterproof plywood with fixing eyes.
The walls (painted in white) are made of lightweight aluminum panels with invisible rivets. The roof is also completely made of aluminum with the option of translucent plastic roof, which allows sufficient brightness during the day in the store area.
Box bodies have a standard inner steel profile lining with fastening straps on the side walls to secure the cargo. The rear frame is equipped with hinged doors, with a side single or double door available for an extra charge. Of course, with the interior lighting controlled by the cab, the external LED lighting, etc.
